Mindflow AI is a voice-powered life companion that helps people with ADHD hack their brains into working using behavioral research. We help ADHDers break negative patterns, get things done consistently, and finally take control of their lives: from organizing their day and overcoming task paralysis, to redesigning habits and routines with personalized plans that adapt as the app learns what works for them. We're a fast-moving startup growing quickly on social media, and we're hiring to scale our content operation.

The Role

You'll join our content team as a Viral Growth Strategist, writing and curating short-form video scripts for our roster of UGC creators. This isn't generic content marketing. You'll use proprietary AI-powered systems to produce content at scale and make big strategic decisions about what content we run each week.

We'll train you on everything: the science behind producing viral content on command, the most advanced AI tooling in marketing, and the art of converting attention into real-world behavior change. We move fast and we invest heavily in developing our team. If you're hungry to learn how content drives growth at a fast-moving startup, this is the role.

Who You Are

You're a college student or recent grad, probably in humanities, writing, marketing, communications, or something adjacent. You spend too much time on TikTok and you've always had strong opinions about what content works and why. You want to learn how content actually drives business growth and you're excited by the idea of working at the intersection of AI, creativity, and strategy. You care about doing great work and you want to build a real career in content, growth, or marketing.

What You'll Do

Write and curate short-form video scripts for our creator roster
Make strategic decisions about which concepts, angles, and formats to pursue each week
Learn and operate our proprietary AI-powered content systems
Analyze what's working, what's not, and iterate based on real performance data
Source trending content ideas from across social platforms
Participate in weekly strategy and feedback sessions with the founding team

What You Bring

Chronically online: TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, etc. are second nature to you
TikTok-native cultural fluency: you spot trends early and understand what the algorithm rewards
Strong writing instinct: you can tell the difference between content that sounds real and content that sounds like an ad
Curiosity about virality: you want to understand the frameworks behind why content works, not just consume it
Interest in ADHD, mental health, or wellness content: direct experience is a plus but not required
Comfortable with AI tools: you don't need to be an expert, but you're excited to learn
Self-motivated and organized: you'll be remote and managing your own time
Available 20 hours per week with consistent weekly availability

Compensation & Growth

$2,000/month retainer (20 hours per week) + Performance-based bonuses
$3,750+/month realistic target comp when you're producing at full capacity with viral bonuses included
Paid training period. We invest in getting you up to speed on our systems, our strategy, and the ADHD content landscape
Path to full-time. We're building something big and we're looking for people to grow with us. This role is designed to develop into a full-time position as we scale
